It started in 1990 when Dan went out to his first underground. He immediately was drawn in by this music. He began collecting records and purchased turntables in 1993.
In 1996 Dan along with Richard Sihilling (Dimension 23) and Ruben Hernandez (Bleu), two pioneers of the first wave of rave promoters and live artists in LA started Fuzzy Logik Music. The West Coasts only premier record and CD distribution company until 2001.
From 2001 to 2010 Dan had two large lofts where he threw many parties. His space also hosted promoters for their events. From Absurd with Eddie Richards, Droid with Drumcell, Deeper Moods with Abe Duke, Daypak, Tigerskin, and Bang the Drum with Steve Loria. All along the way, Dan was constantly finding his groove and style of mixing House and Techno.
In 2010 Dan took a journey to Central America where he did a lot of soul-searching and surfing and enjoying the tranquil jungles and coastlines of several countries. At the end of 2015, he returned to Los Angeles. Now he is sharing his music with dance floors far and wide within the House and Techno movement.
